Willie McCallister
Willie McCallister is a seasoned commercial builder with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has built a reputation as a reliable and trustworthy builder, known for his high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Willie started his career installing drywall and worked his way up to become a successful commercial builder, managing large-scale projects across Connecticut. His portfolio includes small residential renovations to large commercial projects. He has experience in all aspects of construction, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, electrical and plumbing installations, and finishing work.
Willie’s expertise in building codes and regulations ensures that all of his projects are in compliance with local regulations and meet the highest safety standards. He has a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
As a leader, Willie has built a strong team of architects, engineers, subcontractors, and construction workers. He prioritizes safety and encourages a collaborative work environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
Edward Zislis
A native to Stamford ,CT, Edward started his Real Estate career 16 years ago after graduation from the University Of Connecticut School Of Business. Edward believes that his education, experience, resourcefulness, tenacity and real estate market knowledge is a big part to his success as a real estate investor/developer. Edward has purchased, rehabbed, gut renovated and built dozens of properties on spec throughout the last 10 years and owns/manages a portfolio of multi family properties. Edward also owns two daycare centers (Grace Daycare and Learning center) located on Washington Blvd, Stamford CT and St Roch Ave, Greenwich CT. A father of two, he felt there is a strong need for good childcare with all-inclusive amenities yet at an affordable price.
